eMarketing Experts ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information through our website and our private internal application, eMarketing Ads Intelligence.
Information We Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through our website, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company details, and message.
When an authorized user connects eMarketing Ads Intelligence to Google, the application may access Google account identifiers, OAuth authorization information, Google Ads customer-account information, campaign performance, budgets, keywords, search terms, conversion metrics, and related reporting data.
We may also process limited technical and operational information, including report timestamps, application logs, cache freshness, and session metadata needed to operate and secure the application.
How We Use Information
To respond to enquiries and provide requested marketing services.
To authenticate authorized users and connect to permitted Google Ads accounts.
To retrieve read-only Google Ads data and generate performance reports, audits, and recommendations.
To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Google User Data
eMarketing Ads Intelligence uses Google Ads information only for authorized reporting and analysis. Its Google Ads integration is read-only and does not create, edit, pause, enable, delete, or otherwise modify campaigns, advertisements, keywords, bids, budgets, conversion actions, or accounts.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only the access needed to provide the application's stated functionality.
Storage and Retention
The application may temporarily cache relevant Google Ads performance snapshots on the authorized user's local computer to improve speed and reduce repetitive requests. It may retain generated reports and limited session metadata where useful. We do not intentionally store Google passwords, API keys, developer tokens, OAuth client secrets, or other credentials in website forms or application databases.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, contractual requirements, security, or applicable law. Cached or stored application data may be deleted when it is no longer required.
Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate our website and services, such as website hosting and Google APIs.
OpenAI analysis is optional within eMarketing Ads Intelligence. Routine reporting does not require OpenAI. If an authorized user explicitly requests an AI feature, only the smallest relevant evidence package needed for that request should be sent for processing; entire raw account datasets are not sent unless genuinely necessary.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.
Cookies and Analytics
Our public website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, analytics, and performance measurement. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies, although disabling them may affect some functionality.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable law. Authorized users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future retrieval but may not automatically delete information already retained where legally or operationally required.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
